EyeKon is an elegantly designed portable monitor to guarantee your eyes are always focused on the webcam, thus maintaining a more natural, human connection with your audience. Easy to set up in minutes plus it works as an external monitor when you’re not in a video meeting.
EyeKon is a patented technology solution to establish natural eye contact during video calls. EyeKonect works on both Windows and Mac OS and all video apps (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, G-meet, Skype). EyeKon works on both old and new laptop computers.

Interface 1: Mini HDMI is compatible with most PC and HDMI inputs in the market. When connecting to mini-HDMI, Type-C 5V power supply is also required.
Interface 2 and Interface 3: The Type-C interface is compatible with most PC end inputs with lightning interfaces in the market, as well as 5V Type-C power supply. Only one Type-C image data cable needs to be connected to input the video/data.
LED lights (1 & 2): LED light for dark background.
Button 1: Adjust the LED brightness level. The brightness can be adjusted from 0% to 100%.
Button 2: Adjust the rotation angle of the LCD screen (landscape to portrait).
LCD Screen：5 inches, 854 x 480 resolution, 500cd/M2, IPS full view.
Operation:
Button 1: After the power & the data (HDMI or type-C) is successfully connected, adjust the brightness of LED lights 1&2 in steps of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively. If the signal is not successfully connected, the brightness cannot be adjusted.
Button 2: After the signal is successfully connected, press button 2 once to adjust the rotation angle of the LCD screen. The screen direction can be adjusted to 90 °, 180 °, 270 °, and 360 ° (landscape to portrait rotation).
Power: Press button 2 for 3 seconds to turn on/off the device.

Limited Warranty
EYEKONECT provides a limited one-year warranty on the products (hardware) offered through this sale.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, EYEKONECT’s sole and exclusive obligations to the Customer for any Product made by EYEKONECT and sold hereunder are to repair a returned Product or provide a replacement Product, at EYEKONECT’s sole discretion, for any Product which has been returned to EYEKONECT under the RMA procedure (as outlined below) and which in the reasonable opinion of EYEKONECT is determined to be defective in workmanship or material, and has in fact failed under normal use on or before one (1) year from the date of original shipment of the Product. All Products which are experimental Products, prototypes, or Products used in field trials or qualification testing, are not warranted. All third parties’ Products (including software) sold by EYEKONECT carry only the original manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the Customer. EYEKONECT will only accept for repair, replacement or credit under warranty Products made by third parties if expressly authorized to do so by the relevant third party. Any Product repaired or replaced under warranty is only warranted for the period of time remaining in the original warranty for the Product. EYEKONECT reserves the right, at its sole option, to issue a credit for any defective Product as an alternative to repair or replacement. The warranty provided herein shall extend to any Product which has proved defective and has failed through normal use, but excludes and does not cover any Product or parts thereof which has been accidentally damaged, disassembled, modified, misused, used in applications which exceed the Product specifications or ratings or which are inconsistent with its design intent, neglected, improperly installed or otherwise abused or is used in hazardous activities. Customer must claim under the warranty in writing not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the claimed defect is discovered. No warranty will be honored for nor would any warranty still be available for any Product one year and 30 days after the date of delivery. The Customer must make all claims under this warranty and no claim will be accepted from any third party. This warranty does not extend to Product(s) to the extent such Product(s) has (1) been subjected to misuse, neglect, or abuse not caused by EYEKONECT, (2) been repaired or altered by anyone other than EYEKONECT without EYEKONECT’s prior written approval.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
For any issues with the product, please contact us via email: in**@ey*******.com. Mention ‘RMA EyeKon’ in the subject line. You will hear from the company within 2 business days on the steps to return the hardware.
To ensure that the product is used normally under reasonable conditions, please read the Safety Precautions listed below before use, and strictly follow them.
- Do not repair, disassemble, or modify this monitor. The monitor is equipped with electronic components, and touching these components can harm the quality of this product.
- The monitor is not water-proof. Please do not soak it in water, or touch with wet hands to prevent damage or electric shock from the monitor due to water ingress.
- Do not insert conductive objects such as metal into the body or exposed interface to prevent damage or electric shock from the monitor.
- Do not use this monitor in hot areas such as a car without air-conditioning, or near a heating system under scorching sun to prevent malfunction.
- Do not keep it near a heat source, do not forcefully twist, bend, or pull the product.
- Do not repair, disassemble, or modify Type-C, HDMI, or other interfaces on your own. If the interfaces are damaged, to prevent electric shock or fire, immediately turn off the power.
- Please stop using Type-C and HDMI immediately if there is abnormal heating, smoke, and/or odor during use.

Is the product beta samples or market launch ready?
Yes, they are market-ready product(s). Since they are market-ready products, they come with standard one year limited warranty.
What is the motivation/purpose of this sale?
As a new product adoption by the market, we are making this available to create market awareness. It is a small incentive for early adopters and help critique the product so we can improve it further.
Why is there so much delay between the sale period and shipment?
As a company, we want to give the best possible product and customer service. i.e. quality & service over speed. Since we are launching the product on a volume scale, we need to be able to address multiple things related to product and service in a reasonable time period. We want to make sure we ship the best product to the customer.
When is the real market launch?
Currently we are targeting market launch in August 2024. It means the initial product will be shipped to the early adopters purchasing it through this pre-launch sales.
Is it useful to mostly professionals or other consumers?
No, all will benefit depending on the context. For example, job applicants get pre-screened via video calls in most instances. If the applicant can make a better impression with natural eye contact, project confidence and handle the overall interaction well, it can make huge difference in landing a job, or get moved to next phase in the hiring process.
Are there competitors to EyeKonect in this space?
Yes, a couple of companies have products to address this need, but we at EyeKonect believe our product to be superior than our competitors.
What is the differentiation between EyeKon and competition?
Besides ensuring a seamless eye contact during video calls, a) EyeKon does not block the main laptop screen, making it available for other purpose such as taking notes or stage a presentation material, b) EyeKon serves as a second monitor when not in a video conference, and c) In addition to mounting on top of a laptop screen, the EyeKon can also be mounted on either left or right side of the laptop screen to use in portrait mode for certain applications.
What is the quality of these products?
These are market-ready products that come with standard one-year limited warranty. We also encourage you to give us feedback on the product while you use it. Anyone who purchases EyeKon during this promotion will also be the first in line for future early product announcements and special pricing.
What happens after this early special pricing window?
We are targeting our broader launch in August 2024, which is when prices will increase to our MSRP.
Would the product be shipped worldwide?
No, due to logistical issues, we are currently limiting the pre-launch sales to United States only.
How many products do you have in the pipeline?
EyeKon is the first of the series. We have scheduled two more products to market in 2025 and 2026.
